Privacy Policy
How we handle your information.
Last updated 9 August 2026. This policy covers information collected through this website. It's written to be read, not skimmed past.
Who we are
Lumen Assure is a trading name of Lumen Solutions Management (“we”), a London-based consultancy carrying out physical security and concierge procedure audits. For the purposes of UK data protection law (UK GDPR and the Data Protection Act 2018), Lumen Solutions Management is the data controller for personal information collected through this website.
What we collect
The only personal information this site collects is what you type into the contact form: your name, organisation or building name, role, email address, phone number (optional), and your message.
We do not use analytics or marketing cookies on this site. If that ever changes, this policy will be updated first.
How we use it
We use your details to reply to your enquiry, understand your building, and — if you want to go ahead — arrange a call or a pilot audit. Our lawful basis is legitimate interest in responding to enquiries you send us, and taking steps toward a contract where you ask about an engagement.
We do not sell your details, share them for marketing, or add you to a mailing list.
Who else processes it
Two service providers process data on our behalf: Resend, which delivers contact-form submissions to our inbox as email, and Vercel, which hosts this website. Both act as processors under our instructions.
Information gathered during audits
Notes and interview comments gathered during an audit engagement are handled under the confidentiality commitments in our engagement terms — staff comments are reported thematically and never attributed to a named individual.
How long we keep it
We keep enquiry correspondence for as long as the enquiry or engagement is live, and delete it when it is no longer needed — or sooner, if you ask us to.
Your rights
Under UK GDPR you can ask us for a copy of the personal information we hold about you, ask us to correct it, ask us to delete it, or object to how we use it. Send any of these requests through the contact form and we will respond promptly.
If you are unhappy with how we have handled your information, you can complain to the Information Commissioner's Office at ico.org.uk.
Changes to this policy
If this policy changes, the updated version will be published on this page with a new date.
