Pilot Programme
A limited number of pilot audits for London buildings.
Lumen Assure is a new consultancy. To build our track record the honest way, we're offering a limited number of pilot audits at a reduced rate — in exchange for a testimonial and permission to reference the engagement once you've seen the report. That's the whole arrangement, stated up front.

Founding Pilot Programme
No case studies yet — deliberately.
Early case studies are added here as pilot audits complete. Until then, we'd rather you judge us on our methodology and the evidence below than on claims we can't yet back up.

FAQ
Questions we're asked before booking.
What does the pilot include?
A half-day on-site visit — observation of a real entry cycle, staff interviews, document review, and a walkthrough — followed by a written report with prioritised findings, quick wins, and longer-term recommendations, plus a short debrief.
What does it cost?
We don't publish fixed pricing, because it depends on your building's size and complexity. Pilot audits run at a reduced rate — get in touch and we'll give you a clear quote after a short call.
Why offer a pilot at all?
We're a new consultancy. Rather than overclaiming, we're building our track record openly: a limited number of audits at a reduced rate, in exchange for an honest testimonial and permission to reference the engagement.
What's not covered?
A pilot audit is not a fire risk assessment, a technical CCTV or alarm review, or a compliance certification. We provide professional observations and recommendations, not a pass/fail sign-off.
Who sees our findings?
You do. The report is confidential, and nothing about your building is referenced publicly without your written permission.
How disruptive is the visit?
Half a day, arranged around your shift pattern. Most of the visit is quiet observation and short conversations with staff — the building runs as normal.
